I currently have X5, X6, X7, and as of today, X8 showing in Programs and Features on my i7 machine. However, I do get a warning on the i7 that PSP has stopped working directly after I try to run the program (either 32 bit or 64 bit). Out of frustration, later this evening I repeated installation on work shop i7, Z77 Windows 7 Pro 64 bit desktop. Two more installations did not change anything. Upon uninstalling, I did receive a message stating that "We're going to miss you". Nothing "Corel" is showing in task manager at all but nothing else is consuming that much processor. When I try to open either 32 bit of 64 bit version, my CPU usage shoots up to ~25% utilization and stays there until reboot but I cannot ascertain what program is using the cpu to ~25% in the "Performance" tab of Windows Task Manager. Got a "thank you for registering" response but the program ( 32 bit and 64 bit) will not run. Spent the early evening installing Paint Shop Pro X8 Ultimate - Upgrade in my office on Z77 i5, Windows 7 Pro 64 bit desktop. I purchased Paint Shop Pro X8 Ultimate upgrade today.
